A new regulation will take effect on October 1st, 2025.
If you don’t register your Sender ID on the official Communications Regulations platform (ComReg), it will be marked as "Likely Scam" for a short period and then blocked.
Registration is open now, and it’s free of charge. You need to register yourself on the ComReg platform and assign Intergo Telecom as your SMS provider.
Here’s what you need to do:
Go to the ComReg platform: https://senderid.comreg.ie/sender-id-sign-up
Fill out your company information and click Next.
Make sure to tick the box for “I'm applying to be a Sender ID Owner”.
If your company is not registered in Ireland and you don’t have a CRO number, tick the box “I don't have a CRO Number”.
You may be asked to upload a legal document, such as your Tax ID certificate.

4- Enter the Sender ID you want to register in the Sender ID box. You can add as many as you need.
Make sure you spell each one correctly — it's case sensitive.
Do not click on “Assign 3rd Party.”
Then, click Next.

5- At this stage, search for Intergo Telecom Ltd and select us as your SMS provider.
Then, click Next.

6- Finally, tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions before clicking Submit.
Your Sender ID will be in Pending status until they review your information and confirm your account is legitimate.
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and so will Intergo Telecom, once your registration is approved.

7- To follow up on the status of your Sender ID, use this link: https://senderid.comreg.ie/sender-id-search to check if it’s Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
