On the left side of the screen, there is a navigation menu containing the following sections:

  • Dashboard – The main view displaying key account information.

  • Calls – Call history and analysis of incoming, outgoing and call settings.

  • SIP trunks – Configuration and management of SIP lines.

  • Inventory – Administration of DID numbers and devices.

  • My company – Information and settings related to the user's company.



2. Main Section (Center)

This section presents essential data about account activity:

  • DID numbers – The total number of DID numbers, categorized into "Assigned" and "Not used."

  • Devices – Information about connected and active devices.

  • Calls – A chart displaying the call history over different days.



3. Adding New Items (Right Side)

On the right side of the screen, the "Add new" section allows quick additions of:

  • Portal user – Creating a new user in the portal.

  • SIP trunk – Adding a new SIP trunk.



4. Additional Elements

  • Licensing – Information about used and available licenses.

  • Portal version – Displays the current platform version (e.g., 3.3.5).

  • Help – A quick-access button for technical support.
