1. Access Telxi’s Website and Navigate to Pricing
Open your web browser and go to Telxi’s website.
On the top menu, click on “Pricing”:
Select the region based on your location: EU - Telxi - Pricing EU , UK - Telxi - Pricing UK , Global - Telxi - Pricing Global
2. Choose a Plan
You will see two pricing options:
PAYG (Pay As You Go) – No monthly fee, pay per minute and per DID numbers, SIP channels.
Unlimited Plan (€19.99 per month) – Includes calls ( 3000 minutes, incoming and outgoing ), SIP channels, and DID numbers.
Click “Get Started” under your preferred plan:
3. Fill Out Your Information
Complete the required details:
First & last name
Contact phone number
Email & username
Password (and confirmation)
Company details (if applicable)
Address details (Country, State, City, ZIP)
Tax ID/VAT ID (if applicable)
Upload the necessary documents (Certificate & Utility Bill).
Click “Next” to proceed.
4. Make the Payment & Register
Enter your payment details:
Cardholder’s name
Card number
Expiration date & CVV
Billing address
Agree to the terms and conditions.
Click “Sign Up” to complete the registration.
A €1.00 authorization fee will be charged (refunded if KYC is invalid).
5. Order Your DID Numbers
After registering, fill and submit the Telxi Service Order Form to order your DID numbers.
Account Confirmation
Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Follow the verification steps in the email to activate your account.
