1. Viewing Transactions & Charges
- Navigate to "My Company" > "Billing" in the left sidebar. 
- Click on the "Transactions" tab. 
- You will see a breakdown of charges categorized by DID usage, Subscriptions, and Voice calls, along with total spending. 
- You can filter transactions by date range using the calendar selection at the top. 
- Click "Download CSV" to export transaction details if needed. 

2. Checking & Downloading Invoices
- In the Billing section, click on the "Invoices" tab. 
- A list of invoices will be displayed, showing: - Invoice number 
- Status (Paid, Don't Pay, etc.) 
- Total amount for the period 
- Issued date and due date 
 
- Use the filters (Date range, Status) to refine your search. 
- Click the Download icon next to an invoice to download it for reference.
