1. Viewing Transactions & Charges

  1. Navigate to "My Company" > "Billing" in the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the "Transactions" tab.

  3. You will see a breakdown of charges categorized by DID usage, Subscriptions, and Voice calls, along with total spending.

  4. You can filter transactions by date range using the calendar selection at the top.

  5. Click "Download CSV" to export transaction details if needed.



2. Checking & Downloading Invoices

  1. In the Billing section, click on the "Invoices" tab.

  2. A list of invoices will be displayed, showing:

    • Invoice number

    • Status (Paid, Don't Pay, etc.)

    • Total amount for the period

    • Issued date and due date

  3. Use the filters (Date range, Status) to refine your search.

  4. Click the Download icon next to an invoice to download it for reference.
