Follow our setup guide and you will be talking in few minutes.

This guide was written using Zoiper, but you can use any softphone as you like.

Step 1: go to Play Store, or the App Store select the app of your preference.

Step 2: Download and install the app.

Step 3: After accept terms and conditions (for free or paid version). After that, please create the new account on your device.

Step 4: The information to be filled during the account setup, will ask you:

• Username: this is the user of account we provide: Example: 123456789
• Password: the password assigned to the given username.

Please use the information provided by us, and fill all fields.  Confirm selecting the create account option at the bottom of the application screen.

Step 5: Setting the host: This the direction where your calls will be sent. Also in some applications can be named as Domain or outbound proxy.

• The host to be set is: sip.telxi.com

Step 5: When all field of the new account be ready, click next.

Step 6: When this is done, you will see that the status for new account is registered/on on green indicating “Account ready”

Now you´re ready to place your fist call from you softphone!
